End the Noisy Nights for Good

MY BACKSTORY

Hi, my name is Anthony and I have been a habitual snorer for more than 20 years. Snoring has negatively impacted my relationships, my career, and my health. Thankfully I have never had a serious health impact from snoring, although very serious health problems can be associated with snoring. This is why it is very important to talk with your doctor. That’s where my story began, with my doctor.

While in my early thirties, during a routine check-up, I mentioned to my doctor that I recently started snoring. The doctor’s strong, serious reaction surprised me. He looked at me as if I said I had a heart attack in the waiting room. He had that same level of concern, that’s how serious snoring can be.

Long story short, before I knew it I was at the hospital for an overnight sleep study. (Now I think you can do a sleep study at home but at that time it was only done in the hospital.)

The results surprised me and they may surprise you too. Little did I know at the time, the sleep study would be the start of my decades-long journey to find a solution to end my snoring. Over the past 20 years, I tried many gadgets, sprays, devices. You name it I probably tried it, and there are some popular solutions that I didn’t try.

I outline everything in the informational download...

  • What I tried and why

  • What I didn’t try and why

  • What worked and what didn’t work for me

  • All the results I had and my opinion on why different approaches did or didn’t work

  • And most importantly, what combination of factors I needed to address to end snoring and sleep sound!

I found a solution that worked for me and I outlined all of this in an effort to help others. I want to use my experience as a way to help others find their solution, without them having to go through two decades of trial-and-error like I did.

If you read this far and decide this isn't for you, and if you get nothing else from this page, please take your health and your snoring seriously. Make your health a priority. I did and it made a big difference in my life.
